1. Scope
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively intended for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. A business is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership acting in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
2. Contracting Parties, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with https://minimanart.com.
By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You may initially add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and can correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order using the correction options provided during the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in your shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Contract Language, Contract Text Storage
The language(s) available for contract conclusion: German, English
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.
4. Delivery Terms
Delivery Options
We ship the products to the delivery address provided during the order process.
Delivery is only by shipping. Collection on-site is unfortunately not possible.
We do not deliver to parcel stations.
5. Payment
5.1 Prices
The prices indicated at the time of order apply. These are total prices. We do not charge VAT.
5.2 Payment Methods
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Bank Transfer (Advance Payment)
If you choose bank transfer, we will provide our bank details in a separate email, and the goods will be shipped after receipt of payment.
Cash on Pickup
You pay the invoice amount in cash when collecting the goods.
Credit Card
During the order process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, log in with your credentials, and confirm the payment. The transaction is processed immediately by PayPal after placing the order. Further information is provided during the order process.
PayPal may offer additional payment options to selected registered customers. We have no influence on these offers; such options are strictly between you and PayPal. More information is available in your PayPal account.

6. Warranty and Guarantees
6.1 Liability for Defects
The statutory liability for defects applies.
6.2 Guarantees and Customer Service

7. Dispute Resolution
We are willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
8. Returns & Refunds
Information regarding returns and refunds can be requested via email at info@minimanart.com. Any return policy follows the terms agreed at the time of purchase.
9. Cancellation Policy & Cancellation Form
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Fabian Kochendoerfer, c/o COCENTER, Koppoldstr. 1, 86551 Aichach, Germany, Email: info@minimanart.com, Phone: -) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Important Note (Return Address)
The withdrawal must be sent exclusively by email to info@minimanart.com. Please do not return the goods in advance to the COCENTER address, as returns cannot be accepted there. Upon receipt of your withdrawal, I will inform you of the correct return address depending on your location.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods that by their nature cannot normally be returned by post, these costs are: For bulky goods or international shipping, return costs depend on size and weight and range approximately between €135–€300.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions
- Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized (custom-made / non-prefabricated items).
- Contracts for the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software, if they were unsealed after delivery.

(The form is for guidance only; you do not need to print or sign it. The withdrawal is also valid if you simply inform us by email.)
